Is this factory?

Hello,
New member here.

Just purchased a new to me 2023 Gibson Les Paul Standard 60’s Honey Amber.
Purchased it from the original owner via online.
Guitar was said to be 100% stock.
When it arrived I opened up the control cavity and found it does not have orange drop capacitors, it has bumblebees.
Has this been modded?
If yes, could it have been done at the factory, the music store where it was originally purchased or by the first owner?

First owner said it was factory.

If additional information is needed let me know.
I appreciate everyone’s opinion.

This has been known to happen in Gibson Exclusive "Mod Collection" Standards, does it have any paperwork so indicating? The warranty card would be different. If part of the Mod Collection, it might also possess other changes e.g. pickups selection.

Otherwise need more information to delve deeper: cavity pics and serial format? What does the solder look like? Are you assured it is not a Reissue? Did you check if it was a Dealer Run 'mod'?

No "mistake" is beyond comprehension for Gibson; however, by and large the presence of bumblebees indicate a modification, if not an 'outlier' per above [Mod, Dealer Run].

I am unaware of the dealer, bought this second hand on line.
The music store I was told it came from does not have the serial number in their system, they said it would be there if they sold it.
It did not come with the checklist card, polishing cloth or blank truss rod cover.
It did have the Gibson tool, Gibson strap and warranty brochure.

Tonight I will be pulling the strings off and investigating the pickups and pickup cavities.
