Is there a headphone amp with speaker IR's?

I'm looking for a good transparent headphone amp with IR's for silent practicing. I plan to use it with my amps plugged into a Mesa Powerhouse attenuator set as a load box.

What are my best options?

Hmmmm. That's one hell of a piece of kit. I don't really need all that though, and my plan was to use the speaker IR's after the line out on my Mesa Power attenuator so I could use it with my Custom 100's. Matamp GT150, and Ampeg V4.

Also, I'm looking more in the $200-$300 range.
