• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

as seen on page 15 from the 1998 Bacchus catalog I snagged this one for cheap :D as it is players grade making it likely beyond broken in and well loved

been looking for one of these MIJ unicorns for many years as they very rarely show up; 1997/1998 production, 1 piece mahogany body, mahogany neck, Ebony fingerboard

this one has a non-original bridge pickup but I do have an identical/stock replacement VH-59 pickup (in gold) on hand to make it 'stock'

neck should be a mix of thinner '59 to thicker '60 profile/thickness and it has the original speed knobs

can't wait for this one to arrive from 'the land of the rising sun'

circa 1997/1998 Bacchus BLC-140 arrived this week; very dirty and needs a good cleaning.

The guitar was originally white/WH but the nitro lacquer top coat has aged heavily over the years to what looks a burned butter color. I like it. :)

Removed the non-original bridge position EMG and it reveals a very bright white/WH inside the pickup route.
After removing the pick guard a definitive tan line is visible just below the small E string.
