Weeeeeeeel, I don't think I will be running out to buy one. It does take me back to the days when fuzzy high gain ruled. I like the idea of a 10" and a 12" and being able to put reverb on only one or the other. That would be fun. I'm pretty sure you could do everything else with a few pedals, with reverb and delay in the fx loop. It is hard to actually get the feel and tone of this amp through a laptop. One would really have to play through it. Interesting thing Fender did here.

You can probably approximate it with the right 2 amps in ABY plus pedals; it makes for a nice package deal apart from the JW 'III' Third-Man Yellow all over it, which I don't really like.

Tbt to me stereo amps are diminished greatly by running both sides through the same cab. It totally neuters the effect. They need to be used with at least one separate extension cab for taking one side of the power amp, or it's mostly pointless. Place those say 5-10 ft apart, and now you are talking.

I say this as someone who almost always plays through a stereo set up, and has done so with both a stereo head, or multiple heads run in stereo, through stereo cabs, and multiple cabs run in stereo.

In stereo land, space is king.

A Guitar Center near me had one a while back. It may be the ugliest map Fender has ever made. The store manager wanted me to try it out.

It sounded cool, but I wouldn't want one. I thought the build quality looked suspect. These new products FMIC are making don't look built-to-last to me. I could be wrong on this, but just feeling the knobs and tolex, there's no way this thing is made in the USA, and if I'm wrong, I would guess it's made of cheap components.

I have a few newer FMIC amps - 57 Twin and Vibro King. Neither has been maintenance-free. Mostly loosening solder joints, which isn't the biggest deal and not uncommon on lead-free joints. This amp seems like it would be complex, and I doubt it's built as well as other things I could get for $2500 or whatever it costs.

If you like it and you buy it I hope you have it for years and love it. I would go for something else. YMMV.
