Fender/ fender custom shop strat and tele

I might get a lot of flack from this but in my experience it's always easy to find a good strat and tele am/ or custom shop because they're always consistent. Like the sound you want is there. I dunno because of the way they're built? It it's always hard for me to find a great sounding les paul at least to my ears.. That's why it's hard to let go of the les pauls i have cause if they're good, they're really really good.. Whatya think?

There are certainly more out there to chose from for sure in terms of finding one that you like... Fender has also made their fair share of "dogs" ( this includes the custom shop ). In the past 20 or so years I have seen the quality control run the whole gambit from absolute crap to perfection.... and that includes some of the least expensive models that they make... some of the newer classic vibe series guitars are killer & can make the other standard production models pale in comparison... just my 2 cents...
