"I like Telecasters, but I'd like them more if they were more like Gretsch White Falcons", I said to myself the other day.

Looks like I'm not the first person to say that - meet the Fender Custom Shop "White Chicken":

(It's not mine, I don't own one, I just saw one in a video the other day.)

Gold sparkly Fender, with a big fat gold sparkly TRC.

saw this one too some time ago--that´s one of the coolest guitars for sure..Major mojo
but I for my part can´t really say that I like teles more when they veer into the gretsch territory, I actually love em both:dude:

anyways I love the sound of the Fenders with filtertrons/tv jones

That's quite neat, however I'm not sure the angle at which the strings split is sufficient. Using that trem as an example, you have some interesting options.
