Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!
Grabbed this one the day I saw it. Love rosewood neck Telecasters and this was the one I was waiting for. Plays great and sounds fantastic with stock Abby signed Twisted Tele pickups. From 2013 Untitled by Rick S., on Flickr Untitled by Rick S., on Flickr Untitled by Rick S., on Flickr
slammintone, that is a beauty. What does the bridge pickup tone sound like? I am a Tele fan myself. I often play this one, a modified Fender FSR BSB. The neck pickup is a '71 Gibson Minihumbucker, bridge is a Duncan Tele Vintage Stack.
Thanks:salude Bridge pickup tone is like a big ol' twanging Telecaster for sure. It's not overly loud considering it measures right around 9.75K ohms. It's just a slight bit louder than my Nocaster set in my other CS Tele with a fuller and slightly deeper and stronger low end on the big strings. Top end is smooth and twangy and balances good with the neck pickup. I like the Twisted Tele pickups far better than I thought I would. I was afraid neither of them would have much of a vintage Telecastery vibe to them but they do.
[/IMG]If you bought that from a guitarcenter there’s a possibility that this is the same guitar
bought it new from sweetwater traded it straight up for a nocaster.. i recognised the relic on the upper cut.. unless they made more than one or identical ones
It's a thing of beauty. Well, the good thing is that vogueplay au for iphone works without any troubles. Yes, it comes with a pretty decent welcome offer from the start. Not much, but it makes a difference.
