• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Congrats Werner!
I got my "Sandy" from Wildwood 2 months ago and am still so in love with CC#4 that I fell asleep with her in my arms on the couch...
It looks like you've got a very speial one in CC#6, so let us know how she sounds and plays...

Yesterday was a very special day, in very many ways. I took delivery of CC#6, SN 21, and boy, is she a beauty. I also had the opportunity of doing an A/B with Mike's #1. My conclusion was that all it takes is 53 years of playing and TLC, and she will sound just like a real 'Burst ;-)

Mike did me the honor (against his initial reluctance) to sign the headstock for me:

Werner, it was great to finally meet you and Liz in person. That is an awesome guitar, and photos don't do it justice! Play it in good health! :frank: :dude:

I'm sure it will sound even better when you plug it into an amp.

Congratulations!

Nice!

He did play it through an amp -- a Hot Rod Deluxe at Wildwood and a 1964 Princeton Reverb at the MikeSlub Guitar Sanctuary. :frank:

Terrific stuff, some pretty happy looking people in the pics and videos. Nice to see Mr Sublowski looking so proud. The guitar sounds pretty good to my cloth ears too....kind of the proofs's in the pudding sort of thing.

First class.

Regards to all.

Charlie, all I have to do now is learn how to take great pictures like you do. Mike and I were discussing this and agreed that yours are still unsurpassed!
