• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

I just received the Perry Burst from Browneyes. I really have to say what an easy transaction it was. He is first class all the way around. I can't explain why I needed to buy another axe but I'm sure all of you understand. I owned the original,I got it from Joe and sold it to Billy. I really am amazed at the work done by Historic Makeovers. Hmm ,I think that 4:15 is long enough to stay in the office with a new guitar staring at you from across the room. Time to head home and warm up the Tweeds. Thanks again George

Congrats!
Would like to know if this is one of the BOTB replicas?
If so, are they still making any of those models by order?

Best Regards

The Perry Burst was a top refinish only. Not a Historic Makeover so inlays were not changed. It is a very cool looking guitar and I sprayed 2 Perry Bursts at the same time.

What are the odds?

Maple Flame found his missing bottle of Jack... LOL...

J/K man!!! You know I got love for you!

If I didn't need the cash now I'd keep that guitar... Though as soon as I find the right candidate... of for a Perryburst it goes!!! Unfortunately I lost my Ross the same week too...

Agree on Browneyes being FIRST CLASS all the way! That was a sweet guitar! It was what made me believe in Historic Makeover. Grats on the score! Now Post some pics and sound clips!

How much does refinishing and aging cost?...
HM's prices are clearly marked on the HM website. You may not be able to get a direct quote out of Dave for a while. He's busier than a one-legged man in an ass kicking contest.
