• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

I do top wrap my 335, trying to make her as supple as my R4 , maybe I should try a stoptail bridge once!!!!! Just for he fun, and yes topwrapping gives you a second chance if you break your brandnew string at the tuning post, which never happens does it?

I top wrap my 1959 ES-345 with no worries at all. Even with the shallow neck angle it works very nicely. I just put the stop tail piece is as low as possible and everything is fine.

I've top wrapped all my Gibsons for some time. I like it.
