I've listened to and appreciate them, but they don't grab me from a fandom perspective the way, say, 'Discipline'-era King Crimson does.

Nor do Polyphia, although there's more for me with them, than Angine de Poitrine.

I am a fan, freaking awesome stuff all around. Their version of LZ’s Rock and Roll is off the charts cool. Plus, they are fun!

I dig them. Microtonal doubleneck is about as cool as it gets. So take microtonality and add in odd meter and imperfect cadences and it's delicious. Then, put top-shelf showmanship on top on it and you have some serious players there. I hope they make major bank!

I remember the first time I heard them, It was like the first time I heard Hendrix.

I really enjoy their playing and approach. Ignoring the obvious novelty aspects (that I know some people struggle to see past) their musicianship is exceptional and songwriting is fresh and unique. Has anyone actually paid attention to what he's doing with the looper all the time? It's insane how he's able to juggle all of that while keeping the groove going and also bringing dynamics into it.

At the moment I'm finding different live shows that are on YouTube and listening along while working; I've found it's great working music just like some of Frank Zappa's instrumental catalog is!

Great stuff. I wonder whether this is going to remain their act or whether the act will evolve into something else. It's art and music together, equal amount of each. Their "characters" are unreal and fantastical, and the music is not about the melody as much as it is about piecing together fragments. I can't wait to see where this could go.

In the song "Fabienk"....I always hear Frank Zappa ..".Help I'm a Rock" at my fave part of the song.....I am sure they have heard his song too...
