The 60th Anniversary 1960 Les Paul comes in three variations V1, V2 and V3. I’ve been told my 2018 1960 Reissue Les Paul have like a V2 neck. I wonder does the V3 version have a very thin neck like the Les Paul Classic?

V1 - R9 neck.
V2 - typical R0.
V3 - thinnest.

Gibson did the same in 2010.

can someone educate me on similarities with other gibson necks? i'm about to buy one 60th 60s V3 les paul but i cannot try it out first... i'm used to play with cc39 minnesota burst... would the neck of the 60s be too skinny? or its just some marketing gibson uses to sell their product?

It's not a gimmick. If you're used to the CC39, than the 60 V3 will be a thinner neck and the thinnest of the three versions of the 60th 60 that are out there. A V1 would be the closest most likely to what you have and a V2 would be in the middle. I'm sure there will be some variance amongst all of these, but the V3 would be the thinnest of the bunch. I'm sure that the CC39 has some difference amongst other 39s in the batch, but the V1 would probably be most familiar to you.

Although I'm sure after a little while playing, it won't matter much.
