You're right El Gringo, the sum of all the parts does make a difference ! I just wanted to share that my Les Paul now, sounds better with a vintage 58 tailpiece and the Four Uncles ABR-1 bridge ensemble !
If you have a "pristine" late 50's ABR-1 and if I would still own a 59 burst, I would give you a lot lot more for your bridge !
Just imagine a late 50's burst owner that has a collapsed bridge on his Les Paul, how much do you think he would give you for a "pristine" one !

Yeah, the one on the left is from 2023 but it's like the ones we saw in 2020-2021-2022-2023 (serial # under 932400's)
The one on the right of the upper pix is the new 2023 reshaped ABR-1 that looks really vintage !
