    I’ve never compared them side by side or in the same guitar - so my opinion is not precise. But I’d say the Low Winds, with slightly less muscle and more treble is closer to the BK Mules. Different magnets used by the 2 brands, but there is a sweetness and clear tone to the Lollar and the BK...

    Lollar Imperials or Low Winds sound great with a semi hollow. I have a set of Bare Knuckle Mules in a CS 336 - love that too. Clear, warm and woody if you want, bright if you light up the treble setting and crunch if you crank.
