• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Even though I'm the second owner, I just checked the S/N of mine, which I've had for over 40 years and it's not the same. My mother and father bought it for me in '73, so I can appreciate the sentiment you must have for your's.

Best of luck and I hope it turns-up!

Sincerely,
MB

Good Luck on your quest! I love my '72, it was my first really good electric, and I bought it in '75. I had no issues with the low frets as my previous guitar was a Mosrite Ventures model. I can go from my higher fret guitars back to the LPC no problem.

Try looking up "72 Les Paul" on Reverb, but I doubt anyone's sold it on Reverb.
