• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Wow what a difference in the wiring harness from my 2003 58 Historic. Switched out the wiring harness to Throbak as well as SLE Plus PUPs. Will try it out tonight. May become my number one guitar now.

Major Congrats, as you are in for a super tone treat for your ears with a sonic blast of a most delightful tone . I am a big huge fan of ThroBak MXV-SLE-101 Plus pickups with A5 magnets , which give such a super mid range tone and really are a treat to your ears . I have these exact pickups in 8 Les Paul's , with more to come . Best pickups to my ears with the exception of vintage PAF's.
