The inlays have some dark spots in similar positions with those of Beano. Like maple flames, inlays can look different depending on how the light hits them. The photos of Beano are not clear enough to say either "Yes it is" or "No it Ain't".

Pretty interesting, but those are pictures of two different bursts. The color photo is the Clapton/Kossoff "Darkburst" (which has the earliest serial number on a sunburst 58! Does anyone know if it's a relacquer or if it's legit the first burst?). The B&W photo is the "Beano" burst.
