• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

So to me it looks like a factory aged 2014 R0. Am I on the right track?

Gee, why the see through plastic on the tuner buttons, inlays and Toggle Switch Nut Ring look exactly the same as my 2017 model, what a coincidence

Sure, that wear pattern on the back looks right......looks like a couple of swirls of a small diameter sanding disk. Marked as sold. Hope not.

I'm no vintage expert by any means, and I don't think that looks right.
Aside from the posting calling it a '61...
there's too much shine in the finish to be a 60 year old guitar with that kind of wear.
An aged R0 is what I'm thinking too.

A faka , as in fake and not a vintage burst . I have seen this same instrument making the rounds trying to entice buyers . I love the scummy scam fake descriptions . As always buyer beware !
