Looking to put a set of Monty's PAFs in my 2019 50's Standard

Does anybody know how the pickup covers looked from the factory back in the 50's?

Were they shiny, buffed, raw?

Thanks!

Check out www.throbak.com . There covers are awesome and look correct with the rounded corners and they also have shiny nickel and aged nickel and the same in gold also .

Monty's Nickel ones are like how the originals came out of the factory.. they are made to original spec and look pretty nice. The metals tend to be the first to age, some faster than others depending on your climate. So if your bridge and tailpiece have already started oxidizing you might want to consider a lightly aged set to match them. Send Matt a pic of your hardware and he can come pretty close to matching it. :salude
