78' Les Paul Custom wine red ?

Just want to confirm this is a 78' and what features should I be looking at before I buy it? S/N 7103856
Also a good ballpark amount I should pay. All responses are greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys!

looks like you are missing a number but it probably a 78

Cool guitar! I think you should probably be around the $2800-$3000 range.

Yep. '78. cool guitar. Looks clean.

Will have maple neck, prolly very smooth and slim. Generally very tight/focused sound. Great for hard rock.

I picked up at ‘77 Custom in February and it’s so much fun to play! First guitar with un-potted pickups too & it sounds killer.

Yes, 78 Custom. These can be great rock and hardrock guitars, with the stiff maple necks.
