The stock bridge pickup that comes in those (498T) ain't the best really (for my tastes). Higher output too much rock n roll in your face trebley tone, not enough dynamics. But I took one of those neck pickups (490R) and I've put in the bridge position of another LP Studio and... Whoa, a big improvement over the Burstbucker Pro that was sitting in.
