My Les Paul has quick connect pickups. They seem to have 2 wires a black and a green that go on to the clip. I want to replace them with regular gibson pickups that only have those naked wires inside the white braiding, that is inside some black braiding that is inside the grounded metallic braiding. I am very confused. How do I replace the pickups? What do I have to solder to the green wire and what to the black?
