Hi guys

how typical is this uneven/rough lacquer on the fretboard edge of a brand new LP studio. It’s on both sides. I understand it’s an unbound board but should it not be relatively smooth? Otherwise I really like the guitar so I am reluctant to send it back to Thomann.

Wow, thats the worst I've ever seen. Should have been rejected in the raw wood stage, long before it ever got to the finishing process.
