Hi does anyone here have any idea as to what year this logo dates from

Seller says 1968 but the serial number looks like it has overspray etc. Not quite right?

Same year guitar? Same type of guitar? Two widely different serial numbers and style of logo?

PS I am looking for 1968 ES 335 to replace the one I sold when I was broke 20 some years ago.

That second link is a 70's guitar. The b and o are closed.
The first one looks nominally right for the late 60's, with the open b and o.
