• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Great top. What neck profile did you get? The darker back on these 60th Anniversary R0s are absolute fire.

It’s the v1 neck, the ‘59 size, although I find it in between a ‘59 and ‘60 V2 size. Perfect for me!

Spectaular looking guitar!

I wish I had the V1 neck on mine.

I have the later 'flat in the back' type I am not fond of.

Wow..., they got the logo more correct than I’ve seen over the last 25+ years.

2 weeks ago I was about to place an order just like yours. Fortunately we found a 2018 RO just as I wanted it and have it with me to keep me preoccupied during this challenging time. Did they send you many pictures of the work progress?

@axeman565758 that is going to be an awesome guitar. Looking forward to seeing the completed instrument (once this crisis is over).

I actually got this started in the beginning of November, 2019. Because it's a 2020/60Th '60, work didnt begin until early January. Since it's an M2M, there are some special specs that had/have to be addressed, so that made the completion time estimate go into mid-March.
But then the crap hit the fan, starting with the tornado in Tenn., followed by the outbreak of the virus. Sooooooo....I'm hoping for a early to mid May completion....but it could be June...even July, depending on how things go.

Oh it will be. Every last spec and detail is 100% my choosing. I could spill the beans on the color/specs/electronics, but I think I'll save the surprise..!!!!!

Ouch, it´s beautiful! If I didn´t have an R0 I´d think about it.

Believe me, I know....this will be my 3rd M2M since early 2018. The others are my CS-336 P90 and an R7 Goldtop.
Gibson Custom is making fantastic guitars. I could be more satisfied.

New to the forum having just got a 60th Anniversary V1, similar colour to the poster here, also in Antiquity Burst. It's a lovely thing! I am looking forward to learning a lot about Les Pauls here :)
