Cover story in the July 2020 issue of Guitar World is about the show. Includes an interview with Kirk Hammett, some background on how the show came together, quotes from various participants, an article about Green's technique and a history of how the original lineup of Fleetwood Mac came to be and make their first record.
I saw Peter play a few years ago as support to John Mayalls Bluesbreakers. He still played with a lot of feeling but was pretty obviously out of it mentally. John Mayalls guitarist was Buddy Whittington...OMG how good is that guy??
There are loads of stories, myths, legends etc etc about Greenies Burst...lets face it we will never know the full story.....but at least it is still getting played regularly and not sitting in a museum somewhere. I saw Gary Moore at the Blues For Greenie concert and it was magic....enough said.
