R7 help. 2012 or 2013 serial number question

Thinking about buying a r7 for $2700. Serial number is 721326. The guys said it's a 2013. I asked to see the info card and it's only half way filled out with no date on it.

Mostly worried about the finger board not being rosewood. Or 2 separate slabs

I'd never pass on a good guitar because of some goofy fear about a pressure laminated fingerboard. If your so worried don't buy it. Pass and find another and leave that one for those not so worried, plenty to choose from.
