Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!
The 2 Ceriatone amps are listed on their web site as 'Hot-Rodded Plexis' which they are! And the SG was first called a 'Les Paul' back in the early 60`s!

Nothing classic here except the brand names on the guitar and amp. The JCM800 is gone. These days, I get my Marshall type sounds from an Avatar 45 that's been modded to be more like a JTM45 and a Budda Twinmaster that doesn't sound like a Marshall but has the same "vibe".
From lest to right: Gibson USA Dark Knight (Ebony board, 57 Classic, Satin finish, maple neck, weight relieved), Guitar Center exclusive R0 (G0), 60th Anniversary R9, SG Standard ‘61, LP Junior DC (added neck P-90).
I’m considering trading the Dark Knight for an R6. Alternatively, I can get an R6 in a year or two.
