• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Any idea what these pups are?

I bought a used 1989 les paul standard from guitar center, and they thought perhaps the pickups were changed to duncan antiquities. Took a look at them for the first time last night and was curious if anyone could confirm what they are based on pics of the backplates?!

Probably a good bet they're Duncan's. Here is a set of 1990 era Seymour Duncan Antiquities. Note his signature has a break between the "Y" and the "M" just as yours do. You could e-mail them your serial numbers and find out for sure whether they're Antiquities or a custom shop variant.
