Does anyone have the Fender Mirror Image Delay?

Have you guys picked up or played with the Fender Mirror Image delay? Thoughts on it? I have the opportunity to pick one up pretty cheap but the reviews online on it are pretty mixed. Hitting up the forum to see if any of you have experience with it.
