1996 Ferrari red Studio with matching headstock???

Hi Everybody,
I saw a 1996 les Paul studio in Ferrarri red with a matching headstock.

Anyone know what the deal is with this?

IIRC, there was also similar SG model that I played about that time. Same "Ferrari Red" (Rossa Corsa?), matching headstock, etc.

What I do remember about it was that it was the first time I played a "slim taper" neck and noted that it was noticeably thinner toward the body than my beloved "All American" SG-I (single HB, coil tap) which had something a bit closer to a "rounded 50's profile".

Didn't buy the Ferrari Red SG but still have the SG-I. Will never part with it.....
