Les Paul out of phase tone

I wonder if you flip the neck pickup so the screws face the bridge pickup will you get an out of phase tone?

No. Pickup phase is the relationship between magnet polarity and coil winding direction, to make it out of phase you have to either flip the magnet or reverse the wire connections. Turning the pickup round might have a small effect on the sound but I doubt if it would be very noticeable and it won't be out of phase.
