    Graham Nash auctioning off some of his collection

    Guitars being auctioned by Heritage Auction. *Probably* July 19th.

    Not quite the size or visibility of David Gilmour’s but some interesting pieces none-the-less. Video and some instruments up on Heritage’s site (about 6 so far):

    From the catalog available at the Dallas Guitar Show:

    Early 1960’s Gibson SG previously owned by Duane Allman. Opening bid: $125k

    1963 Gibson Everly Brothers guitar. Possibly owned by Don Everly - description is a little vague on this. Opening bid: $12k

    Circa 1969 Martin D-45, played by Nash @ Woodstock August 1969. Opening bid: $75k

    Martin 000-28 formerly owned by Johnny Cash. Opening bid: $25k

    1934 Martin 0-17, formerly owned by Johnny Cash. Opening bid: $20k

    1951 Gibson J-185, Buddy Holly/Everly Brothers Tour Bus Guitar. Opening bid: $17.5k

    No name nylon string guitar signed by Johnny Cash and Willie Nelson among others. Includes Red Bandana worn by Nelson. Opening bid: $3k

    1950's Gibson Les Paul Custom (P90 and Alnico pickups). Looks like replacement Schaller gold tuners. Opening bid: $20k

    1964 Gibson Firebird 1. Previously owned by Stephen Stills. Opening bid: $30k

    1950 Fender Broadcaster. Opening bid: $30k

    1955 Gretch 6121. Opening bid: $5k

    1954 Fender Stratocaster. Opening bid: $20k

    1960 Gretch 6120. Previously owned by Stephen Stills & played with Buffalo Springfield. Opening bid: $25k

    1961 Fender Custom Esquire. Opening bid: $15k

    1968 Fender Telecaster Opening bid: $12.5k

    Circa 1999 Bo Diddley signature Gretch guitar. Last guitar played by Diddley. Opening bid: $10k

    1961 Guid X350 Hollow Body. Formerly owned by Charlie Grace. Opening bid: $20k

    Early 1950’ s blackguard Telecaster. Opening bid: $20k

    1959 Fender Esquire. Possibly studio guitar from Sun Records Studio. Description isn’t clear on that. Opening bid: $15k

    Can't wait to see what Jimmy Page gets for his LP #1 and the Mirror Tele and Dragon Tele.

    Yeah....all the regular guys making minimum wage can get in on this...I put in a $5 dollar bid on the Duane Allman SG....

    Irsay could buy the entire lot for less than he paid for the Gilmour Martin.
