Hello All, first time poster but longtime Instagram follower and have read many posts from Google.

I'm hoping someone can help me identify an older Gibson pickup I have. I didn't pull it from a guitar but acquired it along the way and would like to know what it is so I can sell it. I know it's not vintage, not a Shaw but otherwise curious. It has the PAT# stamp, was wax potted and had a cover soldered on at one point judging by the discoloration on the base. Measures 7.86k on my meter, has maple spacers, no ink date. No PAF sticker and doesn't appear it ever had one. Also no T-top but does have an "L" embossed on the baseplate. I was thinking late 80s early 90s P490?

Any help is appreciated 1560806430944-759367536.jpg1560806477759706823985.jpg1560806521484-873198715.jpg

Looks like an `80's Gibson humbucker. They were usually 7.5k to 7.8k D.C. and had the Pat.#'s stamped on the bottom
