    Does anyone know why this guitar is described as "61/62"? Carter long ago looked this serial number up and reported it shipped April 26 1961. So what up here?

    Some really nice guitars for sale .
    Ive never confused owning a bunch of high end gear with being some kind of a guitar player I'm a hack and I love guitars !

    Saw some of them in Dallas a couple weeks back. Duane's SG was/is? in NYC.

    Opening bid is $156,250 (incl. BP). Having seen the prices achieved at David Gilmour's sale, that doesn't sound like as much as it would have done a few weeks earlier...
