2016 Les Paul scratchplate

I dug out the scratchplate for my 2016 standard with a view to maybe fitting it, but it looks nothing like my other scratchplate on my other Les Paul, in fact it looks like an Epiphone scratchplate with roughly machined edges.

Any other 2016 owners have a scratchplate like this?

All of the newer Les Paul pickguards are like that. The ones before that were molded. The newer ones and the ones from the 1950’s are cut from sheet stock. The difference is that the ones from the 50’s have a vertical cut outside edge and the newer ones have a beveled cut.
