Weird tailpiece on historic

On my 2009 r8 vos. Appears brushed rather than plated (note the casting pore on the bass side ear).
also reacts to/attracts a magnet??!

studs are not magnetic so not steel and the bass side bushing looks anodized with a pronounced inward bevel. Never seen one like that before.

anyone have any input on what my TP is? Does it look familiar? Ive only seen plated stock TPs on historics and never seen bushings like the one described in another historic.

So I dont spread any misinformation:

Took the tailpiece of and it is NOT magnetic. Magnet was probably reacting to the strings in contact w the tailpiece.
All is well then - still not sure about the plating though.
