Hi. I want to create a topic in order to ask about the original Wiring of LP Historic R6 and R7. Anybody have photos of ORIGINAL caps and wiring of R6/R7?

They are all the same, year by year. R2, R4, R6, R7, R8, R9, R0, in any given year are the same. They may use different caps on some now, not sure about 2018's, but the circuits are the same. Still, no difference between R6 and R7.

Those solder joints do not look original. I'm guessing a previous owner used an aftermarket harness and put the stock harness back in before selling it, which is somewhat common.

I believe R9s were given Bumblebee caps before the other Rs but every R since 2003 had the same harness:

500K CTS pots.
Fake Bumblebee caps.
50s wiring on 2009s and newer.

Reissues before 2003 had what you have. Those little USA ceramic caps. I'm not sure about pot values. Should be 500K all around but the volume pots may be 300K.

93-2003 R Series Historics had 500k pots and ceramic disc caps.
