• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

I can't seem to find a thread anywhere discussing this model. The information I'm seeking concerns the neck profile. As most here already know, "60's Slim Taper" can mean almost anything, depending on the model, year, & whims of whomever makes these decisions over at Gibson. I'm interested in the actual vintage very slim '61 neck specs, as pretty faithfully portrayed on the Les Paul Classic "Models" & SG '61 reissues of the early 90's, for example. Before I order one only to be disappointed (not to mention the hassle of packing it up & shipping it back), can anyone here tell me if this is or isn't so?
