Survey says:

".... All mail requests for a winners’ list must be received by Administrator by August 31 2018."

So, is the survey essentially complete? If you're doing this because you want to win the wireless...perhaps it's too late? This statement does make it clear that it's too late to find out who did (or will?) win the wireless.
