In 1960, which changed first out of the fade-resistant tops and the reflector?:hmm
I wouldn't call that a clown burst. The new red started showing up in the 0-1400 series, but fading red showed up as late as 0-2000.
The reflector knobs were later, somewhere in the 0-7000 number series.
I didn’t mean this particular burst. I have seen brighter ones and the one on the left looks more like the way earlier ones for the most part faded.
