Hi, I have a question about Traditional Gibson tross rods. What is the Propper depth to route the channel for Les Pauls? Dims on the maple strip? Also what is the trick on not locking up the truss rod when your gluing the maple strip in?

I appreciate any advice from the guitar Gurus
