• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Hi, today I bought an original ‘69 sg jr!!!! It’s all original, but the frets are pretty low. I am planning on getting it regretted sometime in the future. What size frets did Gibson use on these?

Congratulations! Nice guitar. Definitely get an updated lightning bolt tailpiece, but hang on to the original (of course). Enjoy!
