• Guys, we've spent considerable money converting the Les Paul Forum to this new XenForo platform, and we have ongoing monthly operating expenses. THE "DONATIONS" TAB IS NOW WORKING, AND WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY DONATIONS YOU CAN MAKE TO KEEP THE LES PAUL FORUM GOING! Thank you!

Today's find.
72xxx

Original bridge in case.
One owner.
Clear coat overspray in 1972.
No breaks and pickup covers never removed.

What do you think the value is?

Need more pics, front and back. Also some shots inside the cavities and pickup pockets.

What was clear coated? For reference, a white parts 1957 with just some neck overspray sold at the Chicago show for $80k. Black parts are less desirable and if the whole guitar was sprayed it'd be a fairly significant hit.

Rumbleseat had sold a black parts 57 in the 80k+ range sometime in the past year, I think. Maybe a bit longer than that.
