What were the main differences with the '68 GT from the earlier Standard/Sunbursts?

Hi Thundermtn!

If one wants to get really nit picky, you could find a fair amount of differences. But to the vast majority of us, the main difference is the headstock angle. It is shallower than the 50's models by a few degrees.

14 versus 17 ? which I believe were the vintage 50's
