I recently picked up a 2015 Les Paul Traditional Pro III that came equipped with the 57’ Classics A3T & ATR pick ups. There is a noticeable volume drop between the bridge and the neck pick up with the bridge being weaker. It almost sounds as if it is stuck in split coil mode.
I had it checked by the Guitar Center Tech after I bought it. He cleaned all the pots and said it was good to go. However, I don’t really feel the problem was really checked out and that it wasn’t resolved.
I am suspecting a pot problem but looking for any input from more experienced musicians.
Does anyone have experience these pick ups? Or have experience similar problems?
