Not a Gibson [not even close].

Just an Asian made 'Les Paul style' guitar of some kind.

No, not even close. Gibson have never produced a Les Paul with bolt-on neck. The bridge is not correct, nor the tuners, and there are more giveaways like the headstock, inlays and so on.

To me even this one does not look like a Gibson because of the headstock.

The OP's guitar looks like an "Ibanez knockoff" from the late 70's, which would make it a knockoff of a knockoff...

    Dude, seriously?
Justin assured me that guitar is a "museum piece" 57' Goldtop.
Did you not notice those beautiful P-90's???

Considering it's a fake [and a bad one at that], who's to say which parts are original?

Why would you ask? What makes it a Gibson, or a vintage 60's??

I believe it was Winton Chuchill who stated: "There has NEVER been a guitar so bad represented as a guitar so good." Winston Churchill did not play any guitars that I know of.
Renderit, You have an interesting perspective and your posts aren't boring...
Ren, all in all, I'm giving you a C- today's posts...
Most of what you write with regards to my posts is cryptic nonsensical gibberish like this. I would prefer if you actually added something to the conversation but hey, I haven't walked in your shoes. So being as nice as possible: I look at your posts as if I was dealing with an eccentric cousin who comes to visit unannounced.

Isn't that the test guitar used to demo their unmatched vintage Marshall collection?
