This resonant goldtop plays and sounds great and includes $400 in upgrades:

The condition is very good. The top, frets and fretboard have little wear. There are some small indents on the back of the neck and body but none go through the finish. The neck is full and comfortable to play (1st fret, .94”, 12th fret, 1”) and the guitar weighs 8 lbs 12 oz. The original parts, case and case candy are included.
