Tone for Days and Stunningly Beautiful! (Stock #1095)
This is the guitar that likely never was, but definitely should have been. As far as I know, Gibson never made a white Les Paul Standard in the 50s; but they should have. This guitar is just stunning, with just the right amount of cherry sunburst and flame showing through and the True Historic plastic. From what can be seen of the top, it looks to be a very flame top under the white. This guitar has plenty of resonance and clarity. It has a nice mellow, woody tone, but it can really roar when you dig in. It is the best of both worlds. The neck is a medium C with nice broken in feel and great playability. This guitar is in as new, unplayed condition.
