Sorry for the very late reply.

these are great pickups. Mine are stock except for a new lead and light wax potting. In the end however I put a PAF style full bucker in the bridge. Need the extra meat. But the Silvertone stays in the neck - it surpasses any mini or FB pickup I’ve ever heard. Like a very fat Strat but with plenty of bite and dynamics.
